California has recently committed to a $106 million investment for hydrogen refueling stations through Assembly Bill 126 (AB 126). This bill extends the existing mandate for the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission to fund hydrogen fueling stations until 2024. With AB 126, this commitment is extended to July 1, 2035, ensuring at least 15% of the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Fund is allocated to hydrogen stations until 2030.
